datacult 59 is a live 54 minute half techno/half electro session made on a 12U eurorack perfomance modular synthesiser system, plus a Moog DFAM and Roland TR-08. it was originally written for release on the Data Cult podcast, number 59:

it begins with rings, goes techno for the first half inspired by a favourite new kick sample, and ends with a second half of more electro chordy techno plaits electrofunk against a warps-ed aphexey bassline.

datacult 59 was improvised in one continuous take, and has been split into four parts due to bandcamp's track-size limitations (or you can bet it would be one big fat 54 minute track, m8).

a few cheeky trims were applied here and there for brevity and moderate error reduction, otherwise it is as it was.

there is no additional layering.
